Online Maths Tutor Programme Ages 10-11

This year-long maths programme enhances skills in number, fractions, ratio, algebra, measurement, geometry and statistics. It helps children build fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, ensuring pupils are test-ready for SATs.

Children learn to:

  • Build fuency with the four operations, including multi-step word problems using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages.

  • Convert between fractions, decimals and percentages, comparing, ordering, and solving calculations involving them.

  • Solve ratio problems, scaling, using simple formulae, and finding number patterns.

  • Calculate area, perimeter, volume, using coordinates in all four quadrants, and working with angles.

  • Interpret tables, graphs, and pie charts, and applying reasoning across mixed problems under timed conditions.
