Payments, Cancellations & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your tuition services contract within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling your contract is 14 days from the date you initially received the services.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we received confirmation of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for payments and fees:

Payment for services are due monthly in advance by the 1st of the month. Invoices will be provided in advance, at least 1 week before the due date. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 8% of the invoice amount for payments not received within 14 days of the due date. We reserve the right to suspend any services for payments not received within 30 days of the due date. Services may also be suspended for consistently late payments.

Conditions for cancellation:
  • If a live lesson is cancelled with at least with 48 hours’ notice by you, the session may be rescheduled but will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are chargeable in full and rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the tutor cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Parents should contact the tutor directly by email/phone to request a cancellation.

  • Four week's notice is required for complete cancellation or discontinuation of services.

Conditions for refunds:

A purchase of a digital product is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on naialovesstories.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Digital services can be partially refunded for a limited time. Partial refunds are offered within the first 14 days of starting a contracted service. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of any services you've received and any administration fee (which can include shipping cost or learning package cost). You must email contact@naialovesstories.com for all refund requests.

Conditions for returns:

You have the right to return any physical products purchased via www.naialovesstories.com. In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned or refunded:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
